Return Policy

Goldner cannot accept returns, except due to manufacturer defect, on items with a lead time indicated as these are custom pieces produced and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Issues related to sizing are not considered a manufacturer’s defect. (size charts are listed for each apparel item)

Only stock apparel in new condition is eligible for return/refund. Apparel that has been washed, worn or has had tags removed may not be returned.

Items that Ship from Stock are already branded with the Company Brand logo and on the shelf in our warehouse in Nashville, TN. These items may be returned following the steps below:

  1. 1. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
  2. 2. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-903-2220 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. 3. Send authorized merchandise to:

    *Be sure to include your Return Authorization number on the shipping label. (Merchandise without an RA number may be refused.)
  4. 4. Credit for returned merchandise is usually issued within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep a record of shipment (packing slip, invoice) until you have received the credit.
  5. 5. Customer is responsible for all freight.
